Professional Background:
Open to current teachers, school administrators, education managers, and aspiring educational leaders.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, Science, or a related field. Candidates with relevant diplomas or teaching certifications may also be considered.
Experience:
Preferably 1 to 3 years of teaching or educational administration experience, but fresh graduates with leadership aspirations may also apply.
Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in English or Urdu is required, as the program is delivered in these languages.
Commitment:
Willingness to participate actively in online and/or on-campus sessions and complete program assignments.
