Quality Assurance Level 2
Quality Assurance Level 2 is a foundational qualification designed to deepen learners’ understanding of quality assurance principles and practices beyond the entry level. This qualification is suitable for individuals working in roles where they contribute to maintaining and improving product or service quality, often working under some supervision but with increased responsibility compared to Level 1.
Aim of Quality Assurance Level 2
The aim of the Quality Assurance Level 2 qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to support and apply quality assurance and quality control processes in the workplace.
It builds on foundational concepts to enable learners to:
- Monitor quality standards,
- Identify non-conformities,
- Support continuous improvement,
- Communicate effectively within a quality-focused environment.
This qualification prepares individuals to contribute to maintaining high-quality products or services and to take on more responsible roles within a quality assurance or quality control team.

- Education & Literacy
- No formal qualifications are required, but learners should have:

- A Pass in any unit is granted only when the learner submits valid, reliable, and authentic evidence that demonstrates achievement of the assessment criteria. The Assessor is responsible for reviewing this evidence and confirming that the learner has attained the expected standard.
